Site Manager required for 45 new build mixed tenure units near Crawley. £62 = £67k plus excellent package .

Our client is a Kent based developer with sites across the Kent and Sussex region. They are a quality builder, cash and land rich and capable of delivering residential projects to the highest standards.

Due to continued expansion our client is looking for a Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to deliver a 45 unit mixed tenure development of 45 units. Groundwork's are done, super structures are well on the way.

The candidate will be working alongside another Site Manager looking after a separate phase and reporting into a Regional Contract Manager. The Site Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the site, progress reporting, Management of sub contractors, Site Health and Safety etc.

They are looking for Site Manager with experience of working on and delivering similar sized Projects previously on a permanent basis who are keen to develop their Site Management career with a forward thinking progressive business that are keen to promote from within and work in a professional environment delivering excellent quality houses and apartments.
