Site Manager (Temp) - Marketing Suite Fit Out - West London

An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee the construction of new high spec marketing suite in Ealing, West London. The project is valued at approximately £500k and is due to commence on site in March 2019 running for approximately 4 weeks. The successful candidate will have experience of managing his own projects (£500k+) or working as part of a team on larger jobs (£1m+). Ideally the Site Manager will have some previous experience of high spec marketing suite fit outs and will open to working out of hours and weekends.

Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
