Have you got experience delivering on residential developments? Are you able to motivate and manage sub contractors to deliver effectively within program? If so this may be the opportunity for you.

I am currently working with a developer on an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to work on a project delivering the internals for a section of the development. This client is a large, reputable developer renowned in the market for delivering excellence and offering their staff a clear pathway for progression.

Responsibilities:

* Reporting directly into the Block Manager, taking responsibility for the day to day running and problem solving of a section of the development
* Managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver within program
* Ensuring health and safety on site

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Proven track record on a project from start to finish
* Contractor or Developer experience
