My Client an award winning, 5 Star regional house builder are looking to expand their forward thinking and ambitious team based in the York.

Qualification / Technical skills / Experience / Knowledge

* A relevant qualification or broad experience in construction
* Proven multi-site project management and quality assurance effectiveness
* Excellent Commercial awareness
* Excellent technical knowledge
* Commitment and passion for the delivery of build programmes and build quality
* Understanding of the financial implications of the methods and sequences of build.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Organised and structured with an eye for detail
* Excellence management and coaching skills which can be flexed as required
* Knowledge of codes of practice that impact on build

The Role

To provide high performance and effective leadership and management oversight to construction teams
enabling them to deliver to programme and to the highest build quality and customer service standards across
all developments under their responsibility. The role is accountable for the safe and professional delivery of
all site construction programmes and associated activities, budgets, forecasts, build and quality standards,
customer experience and brand standards and metrics, working closely with colleagues across the business,
to deliver effective results and inform and create continuous operational improvements.
