Site Manager required for permanent position on a prestigious residential development in Central Kent . £58 - £65k plus package bonuses.

Are you a Site Manager looking for a step up into a position with potential for progression? As a Site Manager have you worked on Residential new builds either in a Developer or Contractor business? This might be the role fpor you?

Our client is the Southern Regional Office of a National Developer known for delivering large and small developments of good quality well finished apartments and 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses

They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join the Construction team on a new site in Central Kent which is a multiphased mixture of new build houses and apartments build to a high specification.

Reporting into a Regional Contract Manager and working alongside another Site Manager you will be delivering either the fist phase of houses or working on the Apartment build depending on experience.

They have a solid sub contract list and a reasonable programme to work to and they are keen for someone to come into the business who has the same ethic of quality finish and build that they do. Site Managers are well supported by an excellent commercial and Buying team and the Senior Managers in the business are experienced and driven and create a motivated work environment.
