Site Manager required for NHBC award winning site in Maidstone, £55k - £60k plus excellent package.

Are you a Site Manager looking for a new opportunity in Kent?

Are you a Site Manager keen to work on an award winning development ?

Our client is a Regional Developer who build prestigious projects across the South East . They are known for quality of build and finish, have a great reputation for treating employees very well with great working environment, packages and salaries and work together towards the end goal of producing excellent quality residential houses and apartments.

Due to continued expansion and a new phase of 60 traditional build 3 and 4 bedroom houses, they are looking for a Manager who has a good working knowledge of volume housing projects and a very keen eye for quality.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of how to motivate and monitor the activity and quality of sub contractors and direct employees, be able to report into Senior Management (Project Manager and Regional Contract Manager) and ultimately become part of driven , award wining site team.
