Site Manager- Residential Developer

Are you an ambitious Site Manager looking for that next step for a company that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with huge potential to grow and develop?

My client, a leading developer with over 50 years experience is looking for a Site Manager to join the scheme at an exciting point which is split between several phases consisting of RC Frame towers comprising of over 1000 units, shops, medical centre, gym and community facilities; completely regenerating the area.

The site, 20 minutes North of Central London is easily accessible by Public Transport and by Private vehicle.

Key Skills



* Experience within the new homes development industry, having worked for a housebuilder
* RC Frame experience
* Internals or Externals experience
* Commercially aware and focused on delivering to targets
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Asta Power Project and MS Project
