Site Manager - New Build Housing

Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and more

Salary - £50,000 negotiable + Generous Package

The company

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a large well respected NHBC Award winning company. They cover the whole of the North West across high specification housing. This company are a well established national house builder who is at the forefront of high quality house building. They are currently building over 1000 home a year and work on anything from high specification detached homes to luxury apartments and other residential property types.

The role

You will be responsible for overseeing sites as designated by the Contracts Manager. You will have autonomy over the sites with regular support and backing from the company in all work undertaken to ensure quality and consistency.
Some of the daily duties are -



* Health and Safety and environment checks
* Inductions
* Tool Box Talks
* Progress meetings and liaising with all of the stakeholders throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have -



* 3+ year's with a Main Contractor House Builder
* Extensive Construction Knowledge
* Industry relevant Trade or Degree.
* Worked on project values up to £6 million
