My Client is one of the biggest house builders in the country with a target of building 100,000 homes over the next ten years. This includes some of the largest and most exciting new build and regeneration opportunities in the country

I am currently looking for a Site manager to work on a project based in North West London

On offer is an attractive salary between £50,000 - £65,000 + competitive package with the opportunity to work and grow with a leading organisation on interesting schemes in and around London.

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring that all task are completed to a high standard
* Managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver
* Ensuring health and safety on site
* Reporting directly into the Project Manager
* Taking responsibility for the day to day running and problem solving of a section of the development

Requirements:

* Main Contractor or Developer experience
* Proven track record on a project from start to finish
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Experience working within the residential sector
