We are working on behalf of a prestigious housebuilder that specialise in luxury retirement villages in the East Midlands. They are currently looking for a permanent Site Manager who has experience in management within the Residential House Building sector to manage a new site in Nottinghamshire.

The role is due to start in April/May 2019.

The skills needed within the role include strong leadership qualities, especially from a health and safety perspective.

The skills required for this role are:

* A proven track record of successful delivery of numerous residential schemes

* Proven experience in managing teams and excellent health and safety management skills

* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

* Excellent communication skills

* A current CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid

* Valid Driving Licence

It is essential that you have operated as a Site Manager in a previous role, ideally within the house building sector. You will also have all the recognised qualifications including SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshall, CSCS Black Card and a NVQ of at least level 4. These qualifications are mandatory and any other relevant qualifications would be highly desired.
