Site Manager

Permanent Opportunity -London City Airport - £up to £55k

Are you a driven, ambitious Site Manager looking for your next step? Do you want to work for an award winning main contractor who will guide you to reach your full potential?

The Client: Award Winning Main Contractor with an approachable and supportive management team! Current turnover of approximately £80 million and experience accross all manner of sectors, joining this contractor will allow you to be fully supported by both management and processes.

The Position: Seeking a Site Manager reporting directly to the site based Project Manager based at London City airport. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with site inductions, tool box talks, quality management, RAMS & Method statements, client liason & progress meetings and sub-contract management.

Projects are extremely varied from industrial builds to retail fit-out to baggage upgrades giving you the opportunity to gain experience on a wide range of projects.

* Previous experience as a Site Manager working with a main contractor
* Proven experience reviewing RAMS, creating short term or updating programmes & chairing sub-contractor meetings
* HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
* CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at work
* Highly Organised
* Work well under pressure
