Randstad are searching for a Site Manager to oversee the fit out of a £5m CAT B commercial office in West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the countries leading fit out contractors and is paying £240 - £280 per day.

You will oversee the fit out over 4 floors and will be responsible for managing and supporting the subcontractors to ensure the project is finished on time and to a high standard.

The client requires someone with experience specifically in CAT B commercial office fit out projects, and must have experience on a similar project previously with supporting references. There are 12 weeks on site to handover.

The Site Manager requirements:



* SMSTS
* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on CAT B office fit out projects
* Mechanical background preferable

Duties:



* Oversee subcontractors on site and report in to the on site Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
