My client is looking to take on a Site Secretary to help out with the day to day running of the office, this will include:


Assist Document Controller with printing and filing of Drawings for site

Take Team Meeting Minutes at the weekly meeting and enter on SIMS report

Order Stationary, PPE and Janitor Supplies ONCE A WEEK ONLY ON A SET DATE - prepare order invoice - get signed off by Senior QS - place order with Lyreco/ Greenhall

- (anyone missing the ordering date will have to wait till following week )

Keep constant check on supplies stationary /coffee/tea supplies

Laminating and printing of Signage

Waste Tickets/ Material Delivery Sheets/RAMS and uploading on to SIMS

Printing and binding Project reviews and Tender Documents

SIMS - Project Directory update

Contractors Report - help Steve Morris with collation and printing of the report

Assist with Photocopying, filing for Site Team

Reception Duties -

Manage the access to office with Daily Sign in Sheets/ make drinks for visitors and service meetings

Finger printing for anyone going out on site

SIMS - Blue Book - Upload items provided by the Site team ONLY when they have the relevant information needed on the item to upload with.

Hours - 8am - 5pm - 5 days a week.

Location - Leicester City Centre

Duration - Long term

Construction experience required
