Are you a skilled labourer looking for long term work?

One of our local clients is looking to recruit several semi skilled labourers in the County Durham area.

Candidates must have had experience working within the domesic industry including both void and occuopied properties.

Successful candidates will have had experience carrying out the following and will be confident in carrying out the works on a day to day basis:



* All aspects of general labouring
* Maintenace of painting works (full walls will not be necessary)
* Maintenance and general upkeep of plastering (dot and dab)
* Maintenace and general joinery repairs such as boxing in around pipeworks, fitting and replacing cupboard door handles and hinges
* All other aspects of reapirs and maintenance inside domestic properties such as tiling or repairing tiles on splashbacks, damp work, replacing doors

Candidates should be confident to also carry out any external works such as:



* Fixing fences
* Patching up pavements
* Working with concrete

The client has expressed an interest that they will take on candidates who have had an abundance of experience in all of the above.

The client is also looking to host some informal interviews to discuss previous works and the skill set candidates hold. This will then be followed by a week long 'probation' period where the candidate will have chance to work across the board on different jobs the client has.

The interviews are set to take place starting from week commencing 18th March, so please ensure that you have some availabilty.
