We currently have exciting opportunities for social media advisors who are available for an immediate start for our client based in Leeds City Centre

We are looking for social media advisors with strong customer service skills to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis with a view to potentially going permanent in the near future. Being a large organisation career development opportunities can be available.

Responsibilities within this role will include;

* responding to comments and messages on social media platforms
* resolving queries and complaints quickly to reduce the impact on the business
* escalate queries to the customer service team when required
* respond to private message and provide the best resolution for the customer

To be successful within this role you will have the following;

* experience of working in a social media role or a marketing related qualification
* great customer service skills
* strong written communication skills

Please note this is a temporary role and candidates will need to be immediately available. The interview will take place in Leeds city centre so please make sure that you are available to attend.

Hours of work/Pay

Saturday 12am-8pm
Sunday OFF
Monday OFF
Tuesday 1pm-10pm
Wednesday OFF
Thursday 3pm-10pm
Friday 8am-5pm

The hourly pay rate is £8.00 per hour
