An established total facilities management company are looking to add to their team! Your Package

* £55,000 - £60,000
* 25 days holidays (plus 8 bank holidays)

Your Responsibilities

* Manage the delivery of catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, PAT testing, pest control and street lighting across a large industrial site in the Chester area
* Manage a workforce that includes direct staff and sub-contractors
* Manage a team of over 100 via your own management team
* Liaise with the client to deliver a high-quality service
* Drive contract performance and instil company values
* Play a key role in the re-tender of the contract
* Hold full P&L responsibility
* Develop the junior management team

Your Skills & Qualifications

* You must have extensive experience of managing soft services facilities management contracts
* Experience with industrial or manufacturing clients is preferred but not essential
* Excellent management skills
* A proven track record of improving contract delivery
* Strong people manager
* Outstanding client facing skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong personality
* Commercial awareness - you must be able to demonstrate P&L management
