Responsibilities and Duties
To be based in the UK & Northern China reporting to the Technical Manager in the UK you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring all inspection reports and relevant tests have been carried out and recorded before components and assemblies are dispatched from suppliers.
* Working with the customer to ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly & efficiently.
* Development of all the factory's social & wellbeing responsibility "CSR".
* The support and development of the Manufacturing Team based in China.
* Implementation and reinforcement of the company's processes.
* Development and adoption of the ATG ISO 9001 processes into the China based operation with the goal of achieving certification.
* Working with the UK Quality Team to develop processes to better meet the needs of our clients and the internal processes.
* Co-ordinating product risk and FMEAs.
* Making sure technical documents are complete and that all requirements for each client are met or exceeded.
* Customer engineering support globally.

Qualifications and Skills
HND or degree-educated (and preferably a Chartered Engineer)
Experience Essential:

* You must have a background in Engineering and product development/manufacture.
* Ideally, you will have some knowledge of off-highway vehicles.
* Casting and Fabrication process knowledge is a key requirement.
* You will be highly organised and a great partner to the business.
* Enthusiastic and good with people, you can influence others and bring about change.
* Ready to learn new skills and push for improvement in all areas.
* An understanding of Chinese language is advantageous.
