We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor who operates in the high quality fit-out, refurbishment, maintenance and facilities management solutions to existing premises

This key role is responsible for implementing the Supply Chain Strategy, managing key members of the supply chain (internally & externally) to ensure the processes are managed effectively in order to maximise profit, value and opportunity.

Key Accountabilities also include:

* Management of the existing supply chain including subcontractor and supplier engagement including the reporting of performance to Business Leaders
* Maximise value by considering alternative options - product/programme/business opportunities
* Understand supplier product and performance against KPI metrics
* Have a detailed understanding of offering from sub-contractor against strategic targets including mutual business benefits
* Report performance and strategic information and metrics to Business leaders
* Development of new supply chains to suit changes in the business , including "on-boarding" of new members
* Lead/Support Business Unit Margin Enhancement initiatives including identifying new opportunities
* Deliver against agreed Financial Targets through effective management of the Business and Supply Chain used
* Provide strategic information and metrics to Business Leaders around market conditions, capability and capacity of supply chain

We are looking for a fully qualified Supply Chain Manager who has worked at a similar level, not necessarily in construction, and has the broad range of skills to deliver the requirements of the role, along with successfully leading and developing a team.

To be successful in this role you will be confident communicator with the ability to negotiate and improve contract terms, along with budgeting, targeting and forecasting skills, and strive for excellence throughout.
