Are you a experienced Support Worker that is looking for a new challenge? Are you someone that can maintain a professional relationship and not pass judgement? Well look no further…

The company we are representing are looking for 4 male Support Workers to support a 1 male (*see below) on a 2-1 basis in a residential independent living setting.

The company was founded in the 1990's and initially supported just 1 person, the company has grown from strength to strength and have hit many milestones on the way!

The role we are advertising is temp to perm role for the first 12 weeks which will then lead on to a permanent position. The rates of pay are £7.90 (no NVQ qualification) and £8 (with NVQ in Health and Social Care). The hours of work are 7.45 AM till 8PM and you will be on a rota of 2 on and 2 off.

Duties include -



* Supporting with day to day living
* Promoting independence
* Following care and support plans to provide the best possible care
* Medication

Ideal candidate -



* Due to a role specific client requirement, only male candidates will be considered for this role
* NVQ 2 or 3 advantage but not necessary
* Worked in a mental health setting a advantage
* Must have at least 6 months experience in care
