Think back to a time when you needed support, how did that make you feel?

Whether from a teacher, parent or role model we have all received support in one form or another. This support has helped us to grow and develop in life. I am looking for a support worker to work with vulnerable young adults; positively impacting their lives and providing them with the foundations to reach a sense of accomplishment.

I am looking for a sociable person who would enjoy a range of activities and trips out including music, theatre shows, bowling, cinema, going to the local pub, cycling and swimming.

Full training is provided so no experience is needed.


In addition to being passionate and enthusiastic about providing care and supporting others, the right applicant must be comfortable with:

* Challenging behaviour
* Working with Learning disabilities and complex needs
* Going out with the service users into the community
