Job responsibilities:
- Support adults with autism and complex needs
- Provide information for care plans and individual care plans
- Participate in staff meetings and feedback on what went well and even better if
- Make positive relationships with students and peers
- Administer medication
- Be enthusiastic in all sessions

Key skills:
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Have experience in SEN, Education or care roles
- Willing to learn new skills
- Grade C's In Maths and English
