I am currently recruiting residential support workers to assist children, young people and adults with severe and complex learning difficulties.

Candidates must be available to work in Bury St Edmunds and the Peterborough area. Pay starts at £8.20/hour.

The successful candidate must:

* Promote a healthy lifestyle through stimulating activities

* Communicate with each pupil according to their needs: via Makaton, PECS or spoken English

* Support with personal care where necessary

Essential skills:

* A positive attitude
* The ability to engage children, young people, families and carers
* Clear communication
* Driving experience (and a valid license)
