Our charitable school and college for young people with learning disabilities has recently gone through redevelopment and now we offer Swimming, Cinema, Go-Karting, Water Sports and so much more. Our aim is to develop and progress young people with disabilities to help them lead fulfilling lives.

What are your responsibilities?

* Promoting health and well being
* Encouraging independence through life choices and teaching core values
* Safeguard and look after students in all environments in line with their care plans
* Work with medical staff, Physiotherapists, Social Workers towards objectives set out

What is required?

* Full time availability to do 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm shifts including weekend working
* A true desire and passion to work with vulnerable children
* Personal care required
* Great understanding of CQC and OFSTED regulations and how to work in line with them
