Responsibilities:



* Support Service Users in residential settings and it the community
* To provide flexible and supportive services
* Work within the context of organisational policies and procedures
* To maintain confidentiality at all times
* To work in partnership with service users, the team, the organisation and the community

Requirements:



* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Some experience working with adults who have complex needs
* Availability to work early or late shifts (waking night shift if required)
