Key responsibilities:
* Assessing the needs of the residents by using a care plan.
* Monitoring medical conditions and working alongside senior members of staff.
* Helping the residents with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, drinking and eating.
* Recreational activities with the service users in the residence.
* Participating in regular training to further your knowledge.
* Providing support and companionship.

Key Requirements:
* Experience is preferred but not essential
* The right candidate has to be caring and compassionate with a real desire to want to help others.
