Do you love working with children?

We are currently recruiting for our client in South London who is looking for support workers to support their team. This service has been supporting children and young people since the 1980's. They provide support, education and a safe environment for children and young people, with disabilities and special needs.

Location: Surbiton Area

Pay: £9.50- £10.50/ Hour


- Supporting Children and young people with various activities

- Support resident towards managing their own behaviours and becoming as independent as possible within their own capabilities by using their skills and approved approaches learnt during the training provided

- Do everything possible to maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live and work in

- Assist with food/ meal preparation for individuals; using the kitchen equipment safely

- Help with personal care

- To take responsibility to record and report any concerns, incidents/accidents and safeguarding concerns.

What we are looking for:

- Passionate in helping vulnerable children and young people

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in care, desire but not essential

- Willing to do personal care

- activate and engaging, someone who is willing to help make a difference


- Weekly pay

- Accrued holiday (PAYE only)
