job description

Do you have a passion for making a difference? Have you previously worked in care roles, but would like a role that will challenge you and offer variety?

Randstad Care are recruiting Support Workers for roles across Somerset. We work with a variety of leading care providers, and can offer a variety of different placements. Some of our care providers support adults with leaning disabilities, others support young people that are leaving care, others support children with challenging behaviour.

Work will be different from one placement to the next. You could be providing companionship, it could be personal care. You could be accompanying service users on trips out and about, or you could be supporting around the home and preparing meals. This is not an opportunity for you to get stuck in a rut!

Working for Randstad Care, you will be working for an agency that really cares about doing a great job, cares about our team of support workers and cares that we recruit compassionate, empathetic, hardworking people that genuinely want to improve the lives of those in their care. When you work for Randstad, you will also get 28 days holiday (pro rata), competitive pay rates, flexibility in your working hours and a team that will go the extra mile to make sure you are kept busy.

We do need people with care experience, roles will be offered subject to DBS and reference checks.

If you would like to find out more, apply online and we will be in touch.

Randstad Care acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client. Randstad Care is an equal opportunities employer and decisions are made on merits alone.

Did you know that Randstad Care have been awarded a place on the National Clinical Staffing Framework for the NHS? This means we will be able to bring you more opportunities within nursing & midwifery and clinical staffing.
