Our specialist care organisation was founded in the 1980's and started off with just 1 service., We now have 14 services across the UK! Our residential service in Upminster provides Nursing care for 60 frail and elderly residents, and we're easily accessible from Upminster station.


* Face to face training courses
* Virtual Dementia Training - a scientific method proven to improve understanding of Dementia!
* Online learning with dedicated consultant support


* Personal care
* Support in line with individual care plans
* Companionship and social support in the home
* Person-centred approach - listen to your client and build good relations
* Adhere to policies and procedures in line with care standards
* Be willing to develop your knowledge through continual professional development
* Be an important part of your team


* Flexible availability to work shifts (we have 22, 33 and 44-hour contracts available)
* NVQ L2/3 desirable but not essential
* Some experience in care desirable (ask if you are not sure)
* Driving licence preferred but not essential
