We have opportunities available for experienced Support Workers in Yeovil! If you are local or are willing to travel for a highly rewarding and flexible role, then apply with us today!

Job Responsibilities:
* Providing physical, emotional and social support.
* Working with young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Providing all aspects of support from day to day tasks to personal care.

Requirements:
*A minimum of 6 months experience in the care sector is essential.
Experience of moving and handling of people including the use of hoists.
*We require a valid DBS and a minimum of three years of written references.
