One of our clients is the leading provider of services for those looking to get back into education. They support children and young people who have specialist needs and those who require support with educational and social inclusion in the Brentwood area of Essex. The ages range across the schooling age; Primary to Secondary and beyond - and they need your help.

Your role within the organisation would be to provide support to individuals or small groups within a specific setting with the aim to get them back into mainstream schooling.

Your responsibilities will include:
* engaging lessons for individuals across the age and educational ranges
* covering basic skills
* teaching core subjects to the required curriculum
* cover material to help with GCSE and other exam subjects
* setting and marking work

An ideal candidate would possess the following capabilities and competencies:
* Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
* Ability to build a rapport with students with complex needs and mixed abilities
* Be able to adapt to behaviours and situations
* Understanding of students needs and their behavioural patterns
* Own method of transport
