Understanding how to develop your skills as a teacher will be the main aim for your day. With a specialised American curriculum you will divulge into learning how to support students with Autism and speech and language needs. In addition, you will be supported alongside your tutor to develop your knowledge through practical and theoretical sessions.

Job responsibilities:
- Participate in all physical and theoretical activities
- To shadow the main teacher to fully understand the structure of the classroom
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Work alongside each student to help them overcome any barriers to learning
- Gain understanding of Autism and Speech and language needs through theoretical practice

Key Skills:
- Must have experienced in SEN education, Care, Support worker or nursing roles
- Must have means of transport
- Motivated to improve skills and dedicated to pursuing training
