One of our clients is the leading provider of services for those looking to get back into mainstream education. They support children and young people who have specialist needs and those who require support with social and educational inclusion in the Saffron Walden area of Essex. Your role within the organisation would be to provide support to individuals or small groups within a specific setting with the aim to get them back into mainstream schooling. The age ranges from Primary through to Secondary and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:
* teaching core subjects to cover the required curriculum
* engaging lessons for individuals to stimulate their minds
* covering basic skills
* cover material to help with GCSE and other exam subjects if applicable
* setting and marking

An ideal candidate would possess the following capabilities and competencies:
* Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
* Understanding of students needs and their behavioural patterns
* Ability to build a rapport with students with complex needs and mixed abilities
* Be able to adapt to behaviours and situations if applicable
* Own method of transport
