A specialised school in the Brighton area is looking for a teaching assistant who is resilient, flexible, and understanding of the needs of children with special needs. These needs can be a range of learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health challenges. The students are aged 5 to 16 years.

Your role as a teaching assistant will include:
Create a positive rapport between you and the learners
Manage small groups for more focused tasks
Support and assist the teacher making sure you're involved in planning
Support students in their outdoor activities and field trips
