Working alongside therapy staff and teachers, you will contribute to helping students to learn how to gain skills in independent learning. With shopping trips and work experience days you will participate in each session to advise and help students to communicate with peers and staff.

Job responsibilities:
- Work alongside students with Autism and speech and language needs to access the CABAS curriculum
- Participate in extra training days and meetings
- Work alongside students independent learning plans
- Feedback to main teacher in regards to what went well and even better if
- Encourage independent living and use appropriate rewards and sanctions
- Assist the main teacher on outdoor educational trips
- Ensure that health and safety is enabled at all times

Key skills:
- Grade c's and above in English and Maths
- Experience in SEN, Education and Care roles
- Own means of transport (essential)
