Working alongside students in secondary and further education, you will contribute to encourage and build students' key life skills in sessions and off-site community projects. You will continue to strengthen your pupil's knowledge of various subjects which include: Gardening, horse riding, reading sessions and Physical education. Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that health and safety is enabled at all times
- Maintain a positive relationships with students and staff
- Encourage students to participate in practical and theoretical sessions
- Help students build character and understanding of needs
- Provide information for each students individual learning plans

Key skills:
- Have an understanding of Autism and complex needs
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Keen to learn new skills
- Grade C's and above in English and Maths

Any successful candidate will be entitled to complete an enhanced DBS Check.
