Are you passionate to help students to learn new skills? Are you available now? Do you have experience working with post 16?

With your knowledge and expertise, you will work alongside several students with Autism and speech and language needs to learn independent life skills for their transition into adulthood and the community. This will be based on several sessions and interventions, helping the students to understand how to look after themselves and build effective communication with peers and staff.

Job responsibilities:
- Help students to engage in independent learning
- Ensure you follow each students Educational health care plans
- Provide one to one and group support
- Feedback to main teacher in regards to what went well and even better if
- Attend meetings and extra training opportunities each week

Key Skills:
- Grade C's and above in English and Math's
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Experience in SEN, Education, care or support worker role
