Job responsibilities:
- Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in groups to access each practical session
- Understanding how the Steiner approach can engage students in practical sessions
- Supporting the main teacher to improve students' progress
- Feeding back to the therapy team and the main teacher regarding what went well and areas for improvement
- Following students' independent learning plans


Key requirements:
- Own means of transport
- Experience with EBD, SEN, education or youth work
- A keenness to help students develop through creative play
