Supporting your student on a one to one basis, you will ensure that your student can progress their levels of learning in their chosen subjects for their post development. In addition, you will have the chance to participate in specialised sessions and work experience days.

Job responsibilities:
- Understand the social and emotional needs of each student
- Ensure that all students are able to have fun in lessons
- Follow students' independent learning plans and provide evidence on what went well
- Provide support for all in the SEN Hub, mentoring different students in a range of subjects
- Use effective interventions
- Assist the main teacher to provide any information or resources for each lesson
- Provide personal care as necessary

Key Skills:
- To have an understanding of mild learning difficulties
- Experience working with children or adults
- Must have access to own means of transport or public services
