We are in need of supply teaching assistants to cover day to day supply needs for local SEN schools. We work with schools that value the use of interactive and practical teaching methods to ensure that each individual student's learning and development needs are met. You will be able to choose the days you work and the schools you work in with many of the roles leading to long-term and permanent positions.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-Have a passion for working with SEN children
-Own means of transport is essential
-Able to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
-At least 2 references from the last 5 years
