With your enthusiasm and passion, you will assist your students with autism and speech and language needs to gain key life skills. These skills will ensure that all students can contribute to adulthood when leaving the post 16 college. You will mentor your students to learn how to cook and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In addition, you will participate in outdoor educational trips which will help you bond with each individual student.

Job responsibilities:
- Work in one to one and group sessions to help students gain confidence
- Assist the main teacher on outdoor educational trips
- Provide social and emotional support for each student
- Contribute to students independent learning plans
- Attend meetings and training opportunities each week

Key Skills:
- Have grade C's in GSCE Maths and English
- Own means of transport (essential)
