Working alongside a specialized curriculum in CABAS, you will work with students with Autism and speech and language needs to develop their skills in communication and independent living. You will participate in several activities alongside your student to enable that they are motivated and engaged to improve their skills.

Job responsibilities:
- Working on a one to one basis and group settings to support each student to overcome any barriers to learning
- Participate in all activities throughout the day
- Encourage your student to effectively communicate with peers and staff
- Attend meetings and training opportunities
- Follow each students educational health care plans

Key Skills:
- Own means of transport (essential)
- Grade C's and above in English and Math's
- Experience in Education, SEN and support worker roles
