Supporting each group and one to one individuals, you will ensure that each student can participate in interactive and practical sessions including forest school, trampoline therapy and outdoor educational trips. In addition, you will get to learn new skills in Makaton (a form of sign language) to support non - verbal students to become involved in each activity alongside their peers.

Job responsibilities:
- To ensure that each student can develop their skills and knowledge in each subject
- Provide support to the main teacher in the classroom and for outdoor activities
- Participate in all activities throughout the day
- Attend meetings and extra training days
- Be flexible to work alongside KS1- College level
- Ensure that the school ethos is pursued throughout each lesson.

Key Skills:
- Must have own means of transport as public transport cannot be accessed here
- Must have experience working alongside SEN, Education or Care Roles
- Open to learning new skills
