Two Learning Support Assistants and one teaching assistant are being sought for a school that specialises in supporting learners with their studies to achieve their true potential within the Tilbury area of Essex.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting learners with behavioural and emotional difficulties
* Liaising with the teacher regarding the needs of the learners
* Observing behaviour and reporting to the teacher

An ideal candidate would possess the following capabilities and competencies:
* Level 2/3 qualification in Learning Support
* A clear understanding of SEND, emotional, social and behavioural difficulties and mental health
* Building a rapport with individuals and maintaining those links with them
* Breaking down those barriers that could limit an individual's potential to learn
* Be willing to take on challenging behaviour and be able to differentiate between the person and the behaviour
