What are your responsibilities?



* Promote a healthy lifestyle through appropriately stimulating activities
* Deputise for the house manager, covering duties such as staff training, appraisals, rota planning and more
* Be a caring role model
* Support young people in their residence and out in the community
* Provide support with personal care - don't be afraid to step in and lead by example!
* Be willing to progress in your career through continual professional development

What is required?



* Senior or Team Leading experience
* Full-time, flexible availability
* An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Driving experience and a valid license (preferred)
* A true ambition and desire to work hard and develop a career in management
