Would you like to work with a team who will support you and provide you with guidance to be independent?

One of my partnership clients is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible. This is an exciting time for someone to join them as they are looking to expand their team to accommodate for the increase in the residential projects with some of the Home Counties. The project's size would vary from 10 to 1000+ units.

Candidates from Architectural or Engineering practices will also be considered for the role. The package and salary offered are competitive to market standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Work with the Senior Technical Coordinator and report to the Design Technical Manager
* Attend the design meetings between the subcontractors and other stakeholders
* Check all drawings and details for accuracy and correctness
* Coordinate with the design team and the subcontractors
* Ensure that regulations and legislation requirements are followed
* Ability to recognise potential issues and implement strategies or overcome them
* Ensure that the company upholds the standard of service and delivers the project on time


* Experience working on residential projects for a substantial amount of time
* Able to motivate other in the team
* Driven to be more successful and to manage the team successfully without much supervision
* Confident to work independently and as part of a small team
* Ambitious and able to work under own initiative
