Technical Supervisor- London - £55,000 per annum

DO NOT MISS OUT! An amazing opportunity has come up to work in a one of London's signature buildings occupying the famous skyline. The opportunity has arisen for an established Supervisor with a strong technical background to join one of the UK's largest service providers.

The role is ideal for someone who is technically forward thinking and very passionate about their trade. A strong background in Facilities Maintenance with ideally a multi-skilled background is required for this role and experience working in a client facing critical / high rise building environment is essential.


* £55,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday

* Manage a team of engineers across the building
* Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract
* To maintain & develop good client relationships
* Carry out PPM / Reactive maintenance as a when and required
* Ensure PPM's are completed in line with the contract SLA's and KPI's
* Attend regular client meetings
* Offer technical support to both the client and engineering team
* Ensure H&S is adhered to on site
* Quote extra works


* City and guild level 2 and 3 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
* HV Authorised
* Experience in a similar critical/ high rise environment
* Strong supervisory background
* Commercial Maintenance Experience
* Very Client facing
