Based within the construction and building sector, our client has an excellent opportunity, for an experienced telesales representative to join their expanding team, based in Belfast.

This is a varied role which will entail a range of duties, including;

* Reacting to inbound telephone sales enquiries and walk in customers.
* Using your product knowledge to maximise order values, the subsequent processing of those orders·
* Maintaining a close relationship with customers on your individual sales ledger and support other members of the sales team.
* Managing customer's expectations on order deliver and maintaining regular communication with the customer in relation to all supply chain issues effecting order delivery.


* Proactive and enthusiastic individual who works well within a team.
* Enjoy building relationships with our customers and colleagues.
* Thrive on the challenge of proactive selling and actively engaging new and existing customers.
* Have a resilient nature and the ability to remain calm during busy periods.
* Have some product knowledge or come from a related industry
* Min 2 years telesales or outbound sales experience
