Test Auntomation Engineer | Reading | £70,000

Are you a Test Automation Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Do you wish to have a real impact on test function and make it your own?

A reading based software house is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join their team. They provide market leading software products that help automate Cloud networks and applications. Partnered with a global tech company, they offer a start-up environment with financial stability.

RESPONSIBILITIES



* establish and improve best test practices
* design and execute C.I environments and automated test frameworks
* play an active role in release and sprint planning sessions
* develop and maintain reporting tools/views on test results
* write and review test plans and scripts

TECH ENVIRONMENT

C.I Environments: Cucumber | Selenium | JMeter | Grinder | Junit | Git |Jenkins| SonarCube | Nexus

Scripting: Bash | Python

Code: Java

YOU WILL NEED



* experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment
* experience implementing automation testing
* experience of scripting and Linux programming
* knowledge of test automation and modern CI/CD frameworks and tools
* excellent communication skills and a personable approach to collaborative working
