The Plum Guide are an online property platform dedicated to building a collection of the top 1% of vacation homes globally. Using sophisticated algorithms and a comprehensive screening process called the Plum Test, they only list the very best properties around the world.

With new backing from venture capitalists, a vibrant team already in place and plenty of ambition, they’re hoping to build a brand new team of City Launchers – pitching to potential partners on the benefits of listing with The Plum Guide. They’re hoping to launch in 20 new cities this year and need passionate, professional graduates ready to launch their career with an exciting hospitality start-up.

As a City Launcher, you’ll be:
  • Contacting prospective partners and hosts in the your assigned cities
  • Signing agreements with worthy partners, helping them through the assessment process
  • Work with other teams to leverage partner networks across cities
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Plum, ensuring high standards wherever possible
  • Manage the company CRM in the most comprehensive fashion possible
  • Gather and feedback insight about your target market for central teams
  • Ensure homes you put forward for tests pass the Plum criteria
  • Ensure all hosts who join Plum are aware of their ways of working and headline terms
As a City Launcher you’ll have the chance to be part of a truly global operation, with opportunities to travel as you gain experience within the role. The Plum Guide is already gaining recognition as the world’s leading luxury rental service, getting press with the likes of Harper’s Bazaar and The New York Times.
