How would like to work with one of the Countries Leading Housebuilders, my client is currently recruiting for a experienced Utilities Coordinator.


* Upto £30,000 Salary

Working in the development team a Utilities Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the designs for the utilities for the site, looking after the Gas, Electricity, Water and Telecoms from initial design through to installation and final connection.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the production & review of layouts and working drawings
* Clear communication of expectations for design deliverables with designers / design sub-contractors
* Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments and maintain good communications to ensure the required level of service is maintained
* Check sales brochures for technical accuracy
* Leading and minuting design team meetings
* Monitoring design production
* Procure new utilities supplies
* Design reviews and presentations to client teams
* Control and integration of sub-contractor design elements
* Monitoring of design and resolution of technical queries
* Distribution of design information
* Completion, maintenance and monitoring of records
* Document Management

What we look for:

* Suitable qualification in a construction related discipline - HNC or above
* Ambitious and hard working
* Full driving license will be required for travel to sites when required
* Strong communication skills via the phone and written communication
